Jeremy,

It may seem we are being way persnickety in our questions. Now that I have a minute let me elaborate about the speed of slide movement.

First, to the best of my knowledge, there is no speed sensor. There is an adjustment valve to control the speed on my rear slide.

If the slides move in and out slowly then it could indicate that the hydraulic pump motor is getting low voltage or that the hyd pump is failing.

On the other hand if the slide doesn’t move when you activate the button, it could be the time it takes to build hydraulic pressure. For example, my bedroom slide has about a 3 second delay when I activate the button. If I don’t move the salon first, the delay in the bedroom is even longer. My point is that your comment about pressing the extend then retract then extend may simply be the delay I am familiar with.

The questions we are asking you are targeted at determining if you have an electrical issue or a hydraulic issue. Us armchair mechanics are no better than the information we have to work with.

If it is an electrical issue, we are trying to figure out if it is a switch that should be made in the logic of the HWH computer first, voltage to the pump second, then onto voltage to the solenoid valves.

Hey guys, Jeremy reached out yesterday , and lives close by and his coach is 10 minutes from my house, we are going to meet there on Tuesday morning to see if we can help.

Sorry for delayed response. Talked to Steve Saturday and he sounds like my savior. Once we determine what is going on I will be sure to post detailed diagnostic and repair notes.
