OK, GO TO GRANGER.COM UNDER AIR VENTS THAN GRILLS. THEY HAVE ALL SIZES AND DIFFERENT MATERIAL.

Dean, those vents were custom made by Newell. The louvers on the back side are adhered with VHB tapes.

I agree with Richard. I believe your best bet would be to take a piece of aluminum skin to a fabricator to see if they can replicate the vents. They are punched and rolled. To get it accurate, take the small door with you.
