Well time to replace my small slide out battery tray. This assy is located right behind the tag axle in the small compartment bay. Holds 2 large batteries, 1 on top and one on bottom. Has anyone found a place to source this assy ?

When I upgraded to Lithium, I ended up welding and extending the existing tray that did not work well from the years of acid fumes and grime in that compartment.
I asked Newel and they said it was custom made and they did sell the heavy duty slides if I wanted to replace them.
However, after I removed the tray from the compartment, I could get at the bearing slides and clean and grease them up so they work well, but not as new....
There was 1 section that did have some acid that leaked on it and I was able to replace it with new metal and paint it all with a brush after a little baking soda neutralizer for any remaining acid spots.
Don't know if this will help

My battery rack held 4 8D battery’s. I removed it , cleaned the rust and lubricated. It worked well but I ended up installing the mini-split condenser in that compartment. The lithium batterys went to another location near the invertor/charge.
