Hi guys - we have been searching for a low side air leak for a long time and we finally found one (of course there may be others ...) - but this one is coming from the hall door valve itself. We have one on order - but my question - is there a manual shutoff valve for the hall and bath doors? I have a pneumatic diagram from a 2014 that shows emergency valves, but we have a 2003 and I cannot find anything obvious. Would like to shut both off and see if the 12v compressor will come on less often (comes on about every five minutes now ...)

I believe if you look at the output of the 12v pump you will find hoses for the pocket doors, potties, and slide seals. Pinching off or caping of those hoses one by one may find the info you need to stop the leak until you get the door valve in hand.
I had both of mine replace at Newell last year. The pocket door valve to the bedroom was in the wall above my washer/dryer. The valve for the bathroom door was in the ceiling of the medicine cabinet closest to the door. (yeah it was an eye opener placement)

Hi Hank - appreciate the info - I see the 12v pump and pressure gauge but no cutoff switches (grrr) Perhaps those are something I will install at a later date. Not sure if I am brave enough to try pinching the plastic hose, I would hate to create more air leak problems. I need to get some more 1/4" plugs - I got one from Tom McCloud when we visited him and one of the airlines to the drivers seat decided to let go in the middle of the night but it has disappeared since the coach came out of the shop.

I wondered where the valve for the bathroom door was, thank you! I have been looking in closets. Hate to take apart something that does not need to be taken apart.

The fun never stops! But we absolutely love our coach, issues and all.

The problem valve is the one above the washer/dryer - we have that opened up waiting for the new part. Walked by it earlier today and heard a soft hissing ... after opening the area it was more pronounced. I knew we had a slow leak, but darn these can be hard to find!

I've found i like using a push to fit airline T as a quick solution. get the T and make a loop from one side to the other then use the open end on the problem line, once you're ready to fix it proper just compress the fitting and pull the T off and carry on.

Interesting idea about the pressure switch with the on/off - but I don't want to disable the compressor, I can do that in the panel above the sink. I'd like to be able to cut off the individual airlines driven by the 12v compressor to 1) help localize where those darn 12v system air leaks are 2) stop an airleak after discovery and 3) be able to replace/repair door/potty fittings without releasing all air from the system.

I thought finding the leaks in the high pressure system was tough, the 12v side is harder. Newell let me know that they do not have the pneumatic diagram for the coach.

Go and buy a 1/4" npt female cap then put a 1/4" compression to 1/4" male npt and screw the cap on then disconnect the air going into the valve and cap it off, that will stop your leak. You can get it at lowes ace or home depot. These are just for reference but not a bad idea to keep some on hand.
