I resolved this particular issue. The cool temps reduced the pressure (?) of the fire extinguisher, taking it below the parameters that the genset has for starting. I replaced the Fire extinguisher, and it started right up.

I will follow Gordons comments and advice for next year. Thank You!

I do have a Racor 3 micron fuel filter on the suction side of my genset. Making it a heated head won't be hard. I still think I want a Aquahot line extended into my Hush box. I don't think I even need another pump, just extend the engine preheat line. It could go to the Hush box first, then the Cat engine. I hope to report back with my finished project.
