I’ve got a 4030 Allison tranny, runs great, parked at home after 200 mile trip, couple hours later saw a small red puddle of Transmission fluid. That was a week ago, try tightening pan bolts. Yesterday was going to move it, while letting air build up, there was a much larger puddle of oil. This is on a2001. Owned probably 25 of these transmissions, first time I’ve had a problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Clean it up with carb cleaner, then place dry white paper towels all around. It will show you the leak. Don’t forget the transmission cooling hoses.

Probably front pump seal. Use Lucas hydraulic booster and leak seal. It works
