We are putting our 2013 Newell up for sale. We simply are not finding the time to use it and it just sits around collecting dust. Unit is well maintained with 1 year old Michelin tires, 2 new a/c units just to name a couple recent upgrades. I have spent many hours "tinkering" with it replacing leaking air connections, servicing all components, replacing anything that looked suspect and in general, keeping it 100% ready to Rock n' Roll. It is 12 years old and therefore, has a few imperfections. 1-2 floor tiles are chipped, windshield has a small crack and there are a few paint areas that may need some attention in years to come. Nothing of any major consequence but I want to be totally transparent. Other than these few imperfections, EVERYTHING is in tip top working order. I realize I'm leaving out a plethora of info but I we have finally made up our minds to sell and I wanted to get the ball rolling.
