Aluminum sheet screwed or Riveted, 3M 5200 as Richard mentions. One rope seal around inner opening followed by Dicor as Glen mentioned on outer perimeter as a rope seal. After it's covered and screwed/rivited down, apply another dicor seal on the aluminum edge. Put dicor in each screw/rivet hole
