The signal from the mini compressor is weird, 2vac then 4vac then 10vac then 12vac then repeats itself in the AC waveform there is pulse width modulation in both top and bottom waveform, this is way above my paygrade stuff. The output to the cruisair blower comes from the cruisair brain, when original cruisair thermostat see's the need to cool it puts out a 120vac signal to a solid state relay in the old cruisair compressor to turn on the compressor, all I did is hijack that signal to a small 120vac relay to duplicate the mini split evaporator signal from zone A to zone B telling the mini split compressor to open the valve for zone B and cool. I made the mini split compressor think it was talking to another LG evaporator but its really only taking to zone A. 

The cruisair evaporator works very well on the mini split compressor BUT its very noisy so we are only going to use the galley evaporator when the inside is super hot and needs cooled down quick. We did this in the Prevost and as far as I know we might be the first to pull this off in a bus using a mini split compressor and a cruisair evaporator however I did have a HVAC guy who lives in Las Vegas send me a message and said he has been converting old R22 home units to big mini split compressors using the original air handler evaporator inside for years and it works very well and saves a lot of money in electricity.
