The system is not firing or doing anything. The only thing that happens is that one of the relays click when the switch is turned on and off.

I wasn't trying to get ahead of myself, just curious about the possibility of replacing the unit. I called a couple places today about possibility getting parts and was basically laughed at because I was trying to find parts for a 25 year old unit. If we can get it going reliability that would be cool but I'd still be interested in replacing it.

I figure if it was a home and the 25 year old furnace was giving us problems I wouldn't keep on working on it to keep it going, we'd just replace it. And with it not being oem and obsolete there isn't going to be any technician that will even work on it. If it costs 8 or 9 grand for a new unit and piece of mind then it is worth it to us.

I do very much appreciate the support though. I enjoy working on things but I don't enjoy having to keep work on things to keep it going. If it wasn't our home and we had a shop to store it in and work on it between uses that would be a different story.
