Jeremy,

You have provided some great info.

Don’t put more fluid in it at this point. When the slide comes in the tank will overflow if overfilled and make a big mess.

Do you know what the tech did to extend the slide?
As Steve said, does the pump run?
Does the slide try to move at all?
If you press the extend button, does the floor come back up?
If the floor comes up, does it go down when pressing the retract button?
Why did you want Newell to replace all the solenoids? Were you having an issue?

The answers to those questions will help the troubleshooting.

Also make sure the solenoids are plugged in. Make sure the solenoids are not accidentally “released”. This document will explain.
