Is the pump running?
When you said floor moved to home position, do you mean floor up or floor down?

Before visiting Newell, all of the slides were moving in or out very slowly. Is that correct?

Do you have a voltmeter? If so, I will post a pic of the electrical contactor that provides power to the pump. First step is to ensure the pump is getting voltage. I know you said the battery voltage is OK, but the voltage and current have to pass through that contactor for the pump to work.
