The pump is running and the back slides go in and out. When I hit the retract button you can hear the pump whining but the slide doesn't move. Could it be the gear is stripped out.
Floor is down in position for slide to move in.
Yes. Whenever I wanted to slide them in or out. Front or back slides I would sometimes have to push the retract button then the extend or vis versa. LIke the lock was not fully disengaged.
Yes I have a voltmeter.
Yesterday the floor moved down into what I would call the home position (down so slide can come in). Now it will not move at all.
When I first turn the key to the on position the pump will work when I push extend or retract (can here it whining) if I let off either button and start again the pump will not come on. I have to turn the key off and back on for the pump to engage.
