Kohler used a Yanmar engine.  Get the model number (xxxxxxxxxx RKRV) and call Martin diesel (Yanmar distributor).  They will have the crossover hose.  These have a relative short lifespan as the oil from the turbo coats the inside and deteriorates the rubber.   Lifespan generally five to ten years depending on usage.
