one of our gurus bought the bluefire and cant get the tach gauge to work on it.  it is on a ddec4      anyone have that issue?

It’s just the tach?
Mine would not pull data from the engine computer and then I realized I did not read the intro document very well and missed that on older engine computers you have to change to the J1708 protocol. Maybe he is in demo mode now? 

If it’s just the tach I am not sure, I am definitely not a Bluefire expert, I am in the novice stage at this point. Just finished setting mine up the other day and am excited to use it on an upcoming trip in October.
