Hank glad I could help. Honestly laying on the floor to unblock the couch and putting the motor back together were the hardest part. When putting it back together start reassemble from the side with the brushes. Should be much smoother that way.
Jack. It's been down to 31 degrees last week but only for a couple hours. As for the next project I've got to dig into the water damage area above the entry door some more and make a repair panel for that. I'll end up doing that before I put the couch back since I'm going to have to remove the half round columns on either side of the door. This way I can make a patch that won't rip the wallpaper the first time the coach flexes. After that i just might try my hand at upholstery.
