Why do you think the tstats are junk? Have you measured the outputs with a voltmeter?

I am all for you upgrading tstats, but a few minutes of diagnostics may save you from replacing the tstats only to discover there is some other issue.

Coleman makes a direct replacement. Coleman-Mach 6535A336

Micro Aire makes a fancy WI-FI capable model.

The switches are worn out. So from fan, to off, to heat, to cool you can’t really tell what position it’s in.  Also after about 3 minutes after I set the mode to either heat or AC it changes back to “actual”.
