Anyone know if something wrong at Atlas- no phone pickup on several extensions no email reply. calling for several days

I called Atlas Radiator/Corpus Christi  around the 11th of  Oct. 2024 . 
No answer and left a message, I ended calling back to try another extension and secretary/office lady answered and was very helpful giving me info on an old ser# radiator.  Turns out it was an exact replacement for my 1986 Newell made in 2014 ordered by previous owner.
Like 2 days later the owner of Atlas must of heard my message and called me.
We shot the bull for awhile after I told him I was waiting on repairs in Montana, mostly talking elk, bear  and wildlife .
He said he was glad I just needed info because he had a back log of months .
Nice people , but sounds busy or maybe short handed.

It is now 8 weeks later . How did you resolve your problem? I was able to use Industrial Radiator in Dallas. They did a wonderful job
