I know NOTHING about a Victron inverter. I do not completely understand your questions because it can be interpreted two completely different ways.

Is your challenge about wiring the inverter with the automatic transfer switch in the cord bay? The transfer switch that changes between shore power and generator power?

Or is you question how to handle the internal transfer switch in the inverter that either provide power to the inverter circuits from battery power or shore power?

Can you elaborate?
