2020P Coach 1482, I noticed the shore power cable insulation was failing.  It is a Southwire SOOW 6/4 cable.  The designations of the cable are physically stamped into the insulation and now there are portions of the insulation that are opening up like a zipper in that stamped insulation exposing the internal wires.  I tried using splicing tape but the power reel didn't like that passing through the reel so I replaced the cable.  May be something for others to check.  My photo is of just a small portion, other areas had the internal wires exposed but I had already wrapped them with splicing tape.
