The number one thing to check is the 240 volt high limit thermostat. It is located behind the removable panel above the burner. It has two wires on top and three wires on the bottom. There is a red button that may be popped out. Carefully push it back in and, if it holds, that will restore operation of the electric elements.
If it does not hold, replace. I have one.
Using a VOM meter set to AC volts. There should be 120 vac on each of the five wires if inside switch is ON and 120 vac power is available to the heater. A clamp on amp meter on each of the top wires will confirm operation is it shows current flowing.
If you need more assistance, call me between 8 and 8 central time. 7 one 3. 8 one 8 3234
