It is located behind the removable panel above the burner. It has two wires on top and three wires on the bottom. There is a red button that may be popped out. Carefully push it back in and, if it holds, that will restore operation of the electric elements.
If it does not hold, replace. I have one.
Using a VOM meter set to AC volts. There should be 120 vac on each of the five wires if inside switch is ON and 120 vac power is available to the heater. A clamp on amp meter on each of the top wires will confirm operation is it shows current flowing.

It was indeed the little red switch. Would never have found that. Thank you.
Corey, glad you found the problem. Rudy is the man when it comes to Aqua hots!
For your info, the electrical feed comes into the top of the aqua hot and there is a small metal panel that you can open that has the connections I was talking about. You may just double check those connections to make sure they are not corroded.
Red arrow is pointing to the side where the power comes into the aqua hot.
Awesome, I will take a look.
Thanks for all the help.
