Homeless!
We have a sale on the house, got through the inspection, heard today the appraisal is good. Hope to hear later this week on a closing date but the mortgage said they are on schedule to close on the 21st.
Cindy and I have been real busy this last month cleaning out the house and barn. Sold my boat

, bought a RZR

, hope to move the furniture into storage this weekend.
So our plans are to stay in a local campground until mid-February then head out somewhere on our way to the rally in Spearfish.
Hope to see and meet everybody on the road somewhere.

Great news on the house sale... What local campground? Selling anything currently sucks in this market..I really don't think price matters...Either they want it! or NOT!
I think I could prove this!
Sounds like ya'll about to have fun...

Matt, probably stay at Poches Plantation across the river in Convent. We're going check it out tomorrow.
Steve, just through the cane fields. Really muddy around here with the rain so won't get too much riding until we take off in February. Can't wait to get it in the mountains and try out the EBS. May go back to Moab.
Thanks guys it's been a tough ride getting to this point but it's almost over, except for the crying (Cindy's crying anyway, I'm tickled sh**less)

You will love the RZR. We bought one last year (see pic). Great for forest service trails....only 50" wide.....Thanks to hubby, Jeff, for the enclosed top - he was right again, dad gum it (me: 'but why do we need this, again? It looks like another toy to me')
