Had a switch panel recently fail. Panel was dark and none of the five buttons functioned. Removed panel and found rapid flashing green LED on the rear of the panel. This indicated the panel was trying to communicate with the network, but never succeeded. This LED should be solid green indicating the device is connected to the network and communicating properly.
I spoke to Newell and they did not have any in stock. Lead-time was two weeks and $436. Spoke to Spyder Controls, price was $250 and I received it in four business days from BC, Canada.

Now THAT'S the kinda parts story I like to hear. Although $250 is still something to choke down, huh?
I'm grateful these companies are still able to bail us out with parts...at a significant price reduction as well.
VALID took care of me on a manifold not too long ago.
Now we just need a complete replacement for the CRESTRON system!! ugh

The Crestron app on my 10 year old iPad was the backup for the failed switch. If the Crestron box ever fails, I'm guessing a replacement/upgrade isn't in the cards?

Good to see Spyder took care of it. What coach # started with Crestron?
