Kohler used a Yanmar engine. Get the model number (xxxxxxxxxx RKRV) and call Martin diesel (Yanmar distributor). They will have the crossover hose. These have a relative short lifespan as the oil from the turbo coats the inside and deteriorates the rubber. Lifespan generally five to ten years depending on usage.
Martin is currently supplying sets to Newell

Got the parts ordered - as Gordon said when I called Martin parts dept needs the model number of your genset. It will look similar to the following: Model: 4TNxxx-RKRV
Mine is a 20 kw model
Called MARTIN DIESEL at 4197-829-9911
and Ask for Mark in Parts or @ Extension 215

We were able to get the hose installed and all is well - I thinks it’s quieter now also! It may be my imagination…
